PAYMENTS

 

Foreign delegates should pay in US Dollars ($US) either by International Money Order, Bank raft or Bank Transfer. Participants are required to pay for transaction charges required by the bank.

A confirmation letter will be sent to the participants upon the receipts of the payments. Please bring this with you and present it at the Conference registration desk upon arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Refunds of registration fess depend on the date of cancellation. A full refund, less administrative fee of US$25 will be made for cancellations before 30 December 2003. A cancellation fee of US$85 will apply after 30 December 2003 to 10 January 2004.

DEADLINES

15 December 2003 - Submission of full papers for oral and poster presentations. Only papers submitted on time will be included in the proceedings.

30 December 2003 - Registration and accommodation fees.

30 December 2003 to 10 January 2004 - Cancellations
