EXHIBITION RULES AND REGULATIONS
 

OFFICIAL BOOTH CONTRACTOR

1 BUCKETS GALORE

Calamba, Philippines

2. BOOTH SHELL SCHEME

SHELL AND FRAMING.   Framing System shall be BG WFD1 framing System with 3mm Plywood Panels of white finish.

FACILITIES. Standard Booth facilities (per 9sqm) shall be the following:

-BG WFD1 framing system

- 1/8”  White painted plywood panels

 - flat fascia board with company name

- one (1) information table

- three (3) stacking chairs

- one (1) 220-volt power outlet per booth

- needle - punch carpet

- two (2) fluorescent lamp set per booth

FASCIA.  Company name on fascia shall be limited to 20 characters including spaces.  It shall be done in 4” high letter cut outs.  Logo types or custom made signs shall be allowed subject to additional charges.

3. BOOTH  FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE

EXHIBITORS RESPONSIBILITY.  It shall be the responsibility of the Exhibitor to maintain and assure that the booth System and supplied facilities is kept free from any damage, loss during the duration of the exhibition. Any damage, loss or disfigurement of the system or supplied facilities while the booth is in the care of the exhibitor shall be repaired or replaced at the exhibitor’s expense.

PAINTING AND PUNCTURING OF PANELS.  The Exhibitor is prohibited from painting, puncturing by screws and nails, pasting or any action that may otherwise damage or disfigure the booth shell and/or the framing system.  The Official Contractor shall supply the proper hooks (for hanging) and non damage adhesive should the Exhibitors require these at the Exhibitor’s Expense.

4.  REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL FACILITIES (FURNITURES, ETC.)

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES. Additional facilities like chairs, Tables, plants, etc., may be rented by the Exhibitor only from the official Contractor unless such additional facilities are not available from the Contractor. Rental prices are as per attached Extra Facilities Order Slip.

ORDERS FOR ADDITIONAL FACILITIES.  Request for additional facilities must be submitted to the organizer or the official Booth Contractor not later than December 30 2003. After this date, the Organizer and/or the official Booth Contractor shall have the option to accept or refuse orders for Additional Facilities.  Late orders if accepted shall be serviced on a first come first serve basis with no guarantee of delivery on time and will be subject to an Extra facility Late Order Surcharge of 20%.

5. ELECTRICAL FACILITIES AND INSTALLATIONS

CONVENIENCE OUTLET LOAD.  All Standard Convenience Outlets are rated to handle a maximum loading factor of 200 watts per outlet.  Exhibitors are requested to be guided accordingly

ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL LOADS. Exhibitors requiring additional power for their displays must order from the Official Contractor on or before December 30 2003 their requirement.  Additional power loads shall be charge accordingly to the Exhibitor.  (See Rental Price List III.  Installation Charges for Current to Stand).

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION. Exhibitor shall not be allowed to connect any electrical device other than those which can be plugged into the Convenience Outlets provided.  Only the Official Contractor or his authorized representative shall be allowed to install electrical connections with exhibitions.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY.   All electrical displays must conform to government standard and exhibit venue safety requirements.  The organizer and/or disallow the installation of any displays or electrical device and/or remove such displays or devices which fails to conform to the safety standards.

6.  EXHIBITORS INGRESS AND EGRESS

The Exhibitor shall not be allowed to move in his display materials before the appointed schedule.

No Exhibitor shall be allowed to move out any part of his equipment before the scheduled egress time.  Equipments and materials not removed by the exhibitor beyond the egress period shall be moved and transferred by the Official Contractor at Exhibitors expense.

CLEARANCE.  No Exhibitors may remove his equipments or displays from the Exhibit Venue without prior clearance from the organizer and the Official Contractor.  Exhibitors must settle any accounts with the Official Contractor of the organizer before such clearance can be given.

CIRCULATION.  Exhibitors must see to it that their materials shall not obstruct the traffic flow circulation within the Exhibition during Ingress and Egress.  Exhibitors whose materials are found to be obstructing the circulation within Exhibition shall be given ample time to remove them.  Materials not removed after such time shall be removed at the exhibitor’s expense

7.  OTHER CONTRACTORS

SOLE CONTRACTOR.  BUCKETS GALORE shall be the sole official Contractor of the Exhibition.  No other contractor may be allowed to construct, assemble, decorate, install or supply any material or provide any services within the Exhibition without prior approval from BUCKETS GALORE.

PRIOR ACCREDITATION.  The official shall require Contractors of Exhibitors to get prior accreditation with the Official Contractors.  Contractors without accreditation shall not be allowed within the Exhibition.

PRIOR APPROVAL. The official Contractor shall require accredited Contractors to submit plans and other shop drawings for approval at least 30 days before scheduled Ingress.  The Official Contractor reserves the right to make revisions on plans and shop drawings which would not conform with the STANDARD SYSTEM.  It also reserves the right not to allow the installation of design and materials not approved or without prior approval.

8. ADDITIONAL LABOR AND SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

EXHIBITORS REQUIREMENTS.  Should the Exhibitor require the services of skilled personnel, he should inform the Official Contractor prior to his ingress and/or immediately upon his arrival in the Exhibition.  The services of these skilled personnel shall be served on a first Come, First Served basis.  Any materials consumed in the servicing of the Exhibitors requirements shall be for the account of the Exhibitor.                 

9. FIRE SAFETY AND REGULATIONS.

EXHIBITION MATERIALS.  No Exhibit material may be installed within the exhibition if it does not pass the Match-Flame Test.

  MATCH FLAME TEST. Exhibit Materials when subjected to a match flame 12mm from below for a period of 15 seconds must not catch flame or cause flame to spread to its surrounding areas.  Materials not conforming to the above test must be treated with appropriate Fire Retardant Chemical or Treatment prior to installation.

TESTING. The Organizer and/or the official Contractor may require Exhibitors to submit samples of Exhibit  Materials for testing, and reserves the right to disallow and remove any or all Exhibit materials not conforming to above test
