| Bañamos
has now metamorphosed into a signature festival of the Los Baños
Science and Nature City.
On this third year celebration more changes are introduced in
cadence with the tempo of progressive innovation.
The primordial aim is to provide a refreshing respite to break
the monotony of the daily chores of our people. It caters to the
cross-section of our society, the affluent, the marginalized, the elite
and the common people.
Amidst the festive mood pervading the atmosphere there are the inevitable serendipities that can catapult Los Baños into a more significant horizon as a wholesome tourist destination while at the same time acquaint the visitors with our local products. The socio-cultural and economic impacts of the various events are by no means incidental. We are hopeful that lasting imprints in the history of our town is being created by Bañamos. Indeed, this annual affair deserves the support of every concerned citizen in our community in whatever form to make the celebration more significant and enjoyable. We can reap more benefits from Bañamos with the wholehearted cooperation of our sponsors, patrons, municipal officials and the numerous individuals endowed with the boundless spirit of altruism in promoting the common welfare. There abound in our community philanthropic residents willing to share their ideas, time and efforts waiting to be tapped. Let us make Bañamos the cynosure through which we could show that we can harmonize our efforts to stand as a paragon of unity in the realm of national divisiveness. To all of those who give their support goes my sincerest appreciation and genuine recognition of their participation that make Bañamos, truly the pride of our municipality. Let us savor the occasion with all the frivolities that it can offer. Spend a part of your time and you will find it worth for your relaxation.
